WP Development Service specializes in custom WordPress development, WooCommerce e-commerce store setup, website rebuilds for outdated sites, ongoing website maintenance, safe website migration, and on-page/technical SEO optimization. All services are tailored to each client’s business goals and delivered using industry best practices.

2. Project Agreement & Scope

  • Every project begins only after the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are mutually discussed and agreed upon in writing (email, proposal, or invoice).
  • Any request to change the agreed scope after project commencement may affect both the delivery timeline and the overall cost.
  • Clients must provide the required content, branding assets, login credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline accordingly.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms, including advance and milestone payments, are agreed upon before the project begins.
  • An upfront deposit is typically required to initiate work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or per agreed milestones.
  • Continued non-payment or delayed payment may result in a temporary pause of ongoing development, maintenance, or support work until the outstanding balance is cleared.

4. Revisions & Ownership

  • A reasonable number of design and development revisions are included as per the agreed project scope. Requests beyond this may be treated as additional work and billed separately.
  • Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website, including custom code and design files, transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.
  • Third-party themes, plugins, and licenses purchased on the client’s behalf remain subject to their respective vendor licensing terms.

5. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines for WordPress development, WooCommerce setup, or website rebuild projects are provided in good faith based on typical project complexity. However, actual timelines may vary due to delayed client feedback, incomplete content submission, third-party plugin issues, or unforeseen technical challenges.

6. Maintenance & Support Services

Ongoing website maintenance, security monitoring, and support services are offered as a separate service and are subject to their own agreement or subscription plan. We are not liable for issues that arise from unauthorized changes, third-party plugin conflicts, or modifications made by the client or another developer after project handover.

7. Website Migration & Data

When performing website migration services, we take reasonable precautions to ensure a smooth, low-downtime transition and preserve existing SEO rankings and content. However, we are not responsible for data loss caused by third-party hosting providers, outdated backups, or issues outside our direct control.

8. Limitation of Liability

WP Development Service shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be calculated based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated up to the point of cancellation.
  • Deposits paid to secure a project slot are generally non-refundable once development work has commenced.

10. Intellectual Property

All custom code, designs, and creative work produced by WP Development Service remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Any content, logos, images, or branding materials provided by the client remain the client’s property at all times.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely content and feedback, and ensuring they have the legal right to use any content, images, or trademarks supplied to us for use on their website.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
